This is a wonderful heavy, organic, hand made ring with its striking pattern of horizontal lines etched out of the band, continuing around the wide stone mount.  In contrast the amethyst gemstone is a deep and strong colour. 

 DIMENSIONS

The stone is large at 12 x 10mm; the mount is 5mm deep and the band is 12mm wide narrowing to 10mm at the back of the ring.
