Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday).

We ship worldwide using tracked courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewellery. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 40 days of receipt for a full refund to your card.

UK & Northern Ireland Returns (Free)

Contact us using the details on your invoice and we'll email you a free returns label, valid for 7 days. Simply pack your jewellery in its original bag and box, attach the printed label to the package, and post.

Alternatively, return your item via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service in its original packaging, and we will reimburse your postage cost. Please don't use Special Delivery.

International Returns

We accept returns from anywhere in the world, though postage costs cannot be refunded.
